Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and professional Event Staff to support live events and on-site operations in Rochester, NY. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy hands-on work, and value teamwork and clear communication. Event Staff play a vital role in ensuring smooth event execution and positive guest interactions.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site operational support before, during, and after events
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and general logistics
Interact professionally with clients, guests, and internal team members
Follow event guidelines and operational procedures accurately
Support coordination efforts to ensure events run efficiently and on schedule
Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
