As Humana's in-house agency, the Creative and Content team is a dedicated creative collective that supports the business and brand by creating meaning, shaping choice, and inspiring change through brand expression.Senior Account ManagerAs part of the Account team within Marketing's Creative and Content organization, the Senior Account Manager plays a pivotal role in advancing enterprise creative excellence and driving business value through integrated marketing campaigns. This role leads content and creative strategy across brand systems, translating business objectives and audience insights into compelling campaign strategies that deliver measurable results.Key Role FunctionsLead the development and execution for a diverse brand portfolio, including acquisition and engagement marketing initiatives across all media channelsFoster strong, cross-functional partnerships with internal agency teams, marketing colleagues, and external agenciesOversee customer-centric campaign strategies and guide conceptual milestonesUtilize performance marketing expertise and research insights to deliver impactful creative solutionsLeverage business, industry, and competitive knowledge to generate innovative ideas supporting strategic business and marketing growthEnsure all work aligns with brand and business strategies, maintaining quality and integrity in executionCollaborate consistently with team members throughout the work process to deliver creative solutions that are on strategy, on time, and within budgetEnsure work aligns with brand and campaign strategy, client objective and help maintain consistency across campaigns, channels and audience touchpointsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or relevant field4+ years of advertising or internal agency experienceDemonstrated ability to generate solutions with measurable resultsExperience working in collaborative, hybrid or remote team environmentsCapable of presenting to senior leadership and influencing decision makersProven experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional and highly matrixed environmentsDemonstrated ability to lead enterprise brand development and launches while ensuring consistency, scalability and optimizationPreferred QualificationsMaster's DegreeFamiliarity with Agile workflows and team structuresExperience with collaboration and diagramming tools (e.g., Lucid)Additional InformationPreferred locations: Arlington, VA; Louisville, KY; Atlanta, GA; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; New York, NY; Tampa, FL; Nashville, TN; Dallas, TX; Seattle, WA; Denver, CO; Fort Lauderdale, FL.Periodic in-office work may be required to support collaboration, key meetings, and leadership engagement. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$86,300 - $118,700 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
