Apply today!SummaryAdministers professional and construction contracts to ensure all TUSD buildings are constructed safely and are functional.This position plays a vital role in managing and overseeing district wide construction projects, from initiation through completion. Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, developing precise cost estimates, maintaining rigorous documentation and fostering transparent communication with stakeholders.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's Degree in project management, technology, business administration or related field AND Two (2) years of experience managing projects and project teams in building construction, renovations, and construction management OR Associate's degree in project management, technology, business administration or related field AND Four (4) years of experience managing projects and project teams in building construction, renovations, and construction management OR Six (6) years of experience managing projects and project teams in building construction, renovations, and construction management.One (1) year of supervisory experienceStrong understanding of various project management methodologiesExperience with project management software tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project or similarStrong background in Microsoft Office solutions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, etc.)Strong knowledge of software implementation best practicesExcellent written, oral, and presentation skills including presenting reports, charts, and graphs in public presentationsSkilled in facilitating and leading meetingsKnowledge of OSHA, State and City building and fire codes and regulationsProficient using word processing, database, spreadsheet programs and project software programsVerbal & written communication skills in English and a demonstrated ability to read and comprehend written/graphic and oral instructionsRequirements Prior To Start DateFBI fingerprint background checkProof of immunity to rubeola (measles) and rubella (German measles), or proof of MMR immunizationMust hold a current Arizona Driver's license and have accrued no more than the allowable points against Driver's License as described under Governing Board Policy: EEB-R-1 Business and Personnel Transportation Services - Transportation by EmployeesEffective: 2026-2027 SCHOOL YEAR Location: Project Management - 220 W. 6th St. Classification: Supervisory/Professional FTE: 1.0 – 8.0 hours per day Work Calendar: 12 monthPositions less than 30 hours per week are not eligible for district benefits.Salary will be prorated if the start date is after the first day of the work calendar for the position.Internal candidates will transfer at a rate commensurate with their bargaining unit language.
