The Opportunity

• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Anesthesiology physicians.

• Cardiothoracic and/or trauma expertise required.
• ACLS required.
• Current CO state license is a plus.
• Diverse cases with a dedicated CV team.
• Call 1x/week, 1:4 weekend with unlimited time off.

CommonSpirit Penrose Hospital – Colorado Springs, Colorado

• Level II trauma center with over 20,000 surgical cases per year.
• Over 4,000 OB cases per year.
• Leap Frog A graded locations; great collaborative group.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
