Working here offers the chance to handle diverse, challenging cases that can strengthen both technical skills and clinical judgment.As a Medical Technologist in this setting, you will perform a broad spectrum of laboratory testing across core disciplines such as hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, coagulation, and transfusion services, and may have exposure to microbiology or molecular diagnostics depending on departmental needs. A typical day includes specimen processing, test analysis, validation and review of results, documentation of quality control, and effective communication with physicians and nursing staff regarding critical values and unusual findings. You will be part of a team that supports both inpatient and outpatient services, with testing that may include routine, stat and specialized assays.
