Job Description
Cooks play a crucial role in a small kitchen team, working under the supervision of the Kitchen Manager to prepare and deliver quality meals. They ensure food is cooked to standard, presented attractively, and maintain cleanliness and sanitation to uphold a safe kitchen environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook food according to recipes and standards
- Plate dishes attractively for service
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and kitchen areas
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
- Assist with cleaning duties to keep the kitchen organized
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in food preparation
