Role Description The Assistant Manager – Zales Pasadena Texas role is a full-time, on-site position located in Cypress, TX. This role supports the Store Manager in daily store operations, including supervising sales associates, driving sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Assistant Manager helps maintain merchandising standards, manages inventory processes, and assists with opening and closing procedures. This position also contributes to coaching and developing team members, handling customer concerns, and promoting company policies and initiatives. The Assistant Manager plays a key role in creating a welcoming store environment and achieving sales and service goals. Qualifications Retail leadership experience with the ability to supervise, coach, and motivate store teams. Background in customer service and sales, preferably in jewelry, fashion, or related retail environments. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to engage customers and team members. Basic business and operational skills, including handling POS systems, cash management, and inventory processes. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in a retail setting. Commitment to maintaining a professional, inclusive, and respectful environment for customers and colleagues. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail or business is a plus.
