This contract opportunity offers the chance to provide essential support and guidance to children as they develop their communication skills throughout the academic year.

You’ll work collaboratively within the school setting, supporting students through assessment, intervention, and innovative treatment methods. This flexible opportunity can accommodate either a part-time or full-time schedule (20 hours per week), with the assignment running through May 16, 2025. Your clinical expertise and compassion will be highly valued as you help students achieve their individual goals.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech and Communicative Disorders
• Current, active Ohio SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working with pediatric populations in school environments
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of speech and language disorders
• Design and deliver individualized therapy for students in both group and one-on-one settings
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
• Serve as a resource and advocate for students, teachers, and families regarding communication needs
