WHAT THIS ROLE WILL BE DOING:

We are looking for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy working with their hands, solving problems, and learning new skills. Whether you are beginning your maintenance career or already have industry experience, we encourage you to apply.


No maintenance experience is required. We are willing to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude.


What You'll Do:

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment and systems

• Maintain conveyors, material handling equipment, and production machinery

• Repair and replace bearings, chains, belts, sprockets, rollers, and other mechanical components

• Complete maintenance work orders within our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS

• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and plant improvement projects

• Work safely while minimizing equipment downtime and supporting production goals

Preferred Qualifications

The following skills are beneficial but not required:

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Experience using hand and power tools

• Pneumatic systems

• Preventive maintenance

• Welding and fabrication

• Manufacturing or industrial experience

• Ability to read mechanical drawings and blueprints

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift

• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds independently and heavier items with assistance or lifting equipment
