Infusion Pharmacist: Patient Care, MTM & Immunizations

AltaMed Health Services in California is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to provide safe and effective pharmacy services per policies and standards, coordinating with Nursing and educating patients, caregivers, staff, and other professionals regarding appropriate medication use. The role requires a PharmD from an accredited school, an active California pharmacist license, and bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; experience in sterile IV admixture, MTM, or residency is valued. #J-18808-Ljbffr AltaMed Health Services
