Senior/Staff Software Engineer, Full-Stack (Agentic Platform) (Seattle)

Who we're looking forWe're hiring senior/staff, product-minded full-stack engineers to build Supio's agentic platform — applied AI at the core, in high-stakes, real-world legal workflows. You build product end-to-end in TypeScript across the stack, from the interfaces customers touch to the services behind them. You have hands-on experience shipping LLM/AI systems in production, you're fluent using coding agents in your daily workflow, and you operate with real autonomy. You own product end-to-end, front to back. This isn't a front-end or backend specialist role; you're comfortable across the whole stack (React/TypeScript on the front end and modern backend services, APIs, and data pipelines).Strong product sense. You build customer-facing product and translate real user needs into technical solutionsHands-on applied AI/LLM systems experience. You've built real systems end-to-end and can speak to what you owned and what broke in productionFluency with coding agents as part of how you buildStartup background.
