What You'll Do

As Assistant Executive Director, you'll work alongside the Executive Director to ensure the community operates efficiently while delivering exceptional resident care and hospitality. Responsibilities include: Supporting the daily operations of the community and providing leadership to department heads Help recruit, coach, develop, and retain high-performing team members Partner with the sales team to drive occupancy, revenue growth, and resident satisfaction Assist with budgeting, expense management, and financial performance Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations Promote resident, family, and employee engagement Support quality assurance, safety initiatives, and risk management programs Monitor building appearance, maintenance, and overall community presentation Foster a culture built on Arbor's Service Way and exceptional customer service Build positive relationships with residents, families, vendors, and team members

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of Assisted Living operations management experience Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills Experience managing budgets and operational performance Knowledge of employee relations and HR best practices Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to obtain Florida Assisted Living Administrator licensure if not currently licensed Passion for serving seniors and leading with compassion
