Product Manager - Drywall

Towson, MD - 25% Travel required Job Summary Drywall Product Manager – Hybrid. You will be part of our Tools & Outdoor team and be responsible for leading product lifecycle and market strategy. Responsibilities Create a strategic product plan and 3‑year roadmap, including situational assessment, competitive overview, strategic goals, portfolio analysis and action plans. Manage and grow the existing business: create plans to increase sales of existing categories, reduce & eliminate product quality issues, and identify value improvement opportunities. Manage the product portfolio to achieve an annual POS growth target through both NPD and legacy SKUs. Conduct end‑user research to become the product expert for all categories. Lead cross‑functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle, coordinating engineering, channel, brand, graphics, sourcing, manufacturing, legal, finance, supply, and quality teams. Develop and present strategic product and commercial plans to key distributors to increase market share. Demonstrate a track record of delivering product plans on time and on cost while managing risk. Communicate project status to stakeholders, including senior management. Create marketing materials, including packaging, presentations, and merchandising collateral, for product launches. Collaborate with global teams to deliver projects that drive new product development across all regions. Qualifications BS or BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field. 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in manufacturing or consumer durables. Intermediate experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite. PMP or Agile Certification is a plus. Ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time.
