What You'll Do

In this high-energy, client-facing role, you'll help build and strengthen ATEL's pipeline of promising new business opportunities:

• You will be trained to master conducting outbound calls to prospective clients, venture capitalists and tech bankers.
• Schedule and coordinate qualified appointments with potential customers.
• Educate prospects on ATEL's products, services, and value proposition.
• Address client questions, concerns, and inquiries with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of client interactions.
• Support the team with additional tasks as needed.

What You Bring

We're looking for motivated, resilient individuals eager to grow in a sales-driven environment:

• Experience/internships in sales, customer service, or related fields (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
• Bachelor's degree in business or economics;
• High motivation, persistence, and drive to succeed.

Physical Requirements

To successfully perform the essential functions of this role, candidates should be able to:

• Sit or stand for extended periods while conducting calls, meetings, and computer-based work.
• Use a computer, phone, and standard office equipment on a daily basis (typing, viewing screens, headset/phone use).
• Lift up to 10-15 pounds occasionally (such as office materials or small equipment).
• Move throughout the office to attend meetings and collaborate with colleagues.
• Communicate clearly in frequent phone and in-person interactions.
• Sustain attention to detail when reviewing documents, managing client information, and entering data.
