Shipping / Assembly Technician

Pay: $22/hr Location: Milpitas, CA

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Shipping / Assembly Technician to support daily warehouse operations, industrial electronics assembly, and shipping activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, accurate documentation, and the ability to work safely in an ESD-controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities

Work safely and consistently in an ESD-controlled area
Navigate and use WMS/ERP systems for inventory, tracking, and workflow
Lift and carry 25–50 lbs as needed (heavier items with assistance)
Perform picking , shipping , and inventory/cycle counts
Complete assembly and kitting of industrial electronic components
Conduct disassembly , box/crate/pallet builds , and packaging
Capture serial numbers and maintain accurate documentation
Complete end-of-day reconciliation reporting
Support cross-functional tasks and other duties as assigned
Maintain daily cleaning and workspace organization

Qualifications

Proficient computer skills
Experience with WMS or ERP systems
Ability to lift 25–50 lbs
Warehouse, assembly, or electronics experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
