Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in School Psychology or related field required
• Valid Minnesota (MN) School Psychologist licensure
• Experience working across elementary, middle, or high school settings preferred
• Strong assessment, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, administrators, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to identify students’ strengths and needs
• Develop and support interventions, behavior plans, and individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Provide consultation and guidance to teachers, staff, and parents to foster students’ academic and social-emotional growth
• Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and contribute to data-driven decisions regarding student services
• Deliver direct counseling or crisis intervention support when needed
• Promote positive school climates and advocate for inclusive practices
