Ability to model a culture of excellence and a well-trained, energized, and successful team.Able to support a culture where everyone matters, and everyone belongsAble to delight clients with quality services and superior experiencesA proactive thinker with an outgoing personality who is comfortable speaking in front of groups and interacting with company colleagues and employees.Responsibilities:Providing oversight of employees and operations for the specific clientsEnsuring that security functions for the client are performed are performed in consistent manner with the agreed-upon client procedure and protocol and that all positions and posts are filled in a timely and complete mannerImplementing human resources policies in the area of discipline, motivation, and performance in a consistent and fair mannerAssisting the Operations Manager with station reporting requirements, Ensuring that client complaints are handled and resolved in a timely and effective manner and that they are immediately reported to the operations managerEnsuring that any client special requests or additional requirements are responded to and documented in a timely mannerEnsuring that all functions are performed in accordance with TSA regulatory requirementsOverseeing and ensuring that all security personnel are punctual, professional, and execute all duties in accordance with their job descriptions for all activities at the airport, including terminal, ramp, bag room, aircraft, aircraft search and catering operations of the account(s) to which he or she is assignedEnsuring that all security personnel are in compliance with company uniform and grooming regulationsEnsuring that all security personnel have the paperwork and equipment required for the accountEnsuring that all documentation required by the client is submitted to the clientReporting any and all incidents and activities of the operation.Strong passion for Aviation and/or Security industryHS Diploma or G.E.DMinimum 2 year of experience in security supervisory role at DEN or Part 1542 airportMust be 18 years of age or olderMust be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verifyMust have great intrapersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively across many diverse culturesWilling and able to participate in a drug test (either pre-employment or random) with negative resultsMust be willing to pass a 10-year verifiable background check (employment, education, criminal and personal references)Must have experience working with basic office equipment (copier, scanner, fax, printer)Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and OutlookMust obtain and maintain throughout course of employment a valid SIDA badgeCustomer Service experienceLanguage Skills: English Proficiency required (reading, writing, and speaking)Why Join Us?At Global Elite Group, we offer a dynamic and collaborative work environment where your expertise will directly contribute to the company’s success and growth.
