Support store leadership by maintaining operations, communicating relevant information, monitoring production efficiency, ensuring team adherence to company standards, and assisting in training and coaching. Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the cookie crew. Provide a safe, clean working environment for guests and staff and comply with safe food handling practices. Manage cash handling and deposits. Desired Skills & Experience At least 1 year of customer service focused experience. Experience with point‑of‑sale systems. Outstanding communication, time management, and people skills. Outgoing, friendly, and patient demeanor. Detail‑focused and results‑oriented. Ability to lead by example and motivate others. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
