Job Title: Manufacturing Process Engineer Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will design and develop new processes or enhance existing ones, applying structured problem-solving methodologies to achieve excellence.
Responsibilities- Design and develop new processes or improve existing processes.
- Solve problems and improve processes using structured methods such as KT, Designed Experimentation, or Six Sigma.
- Implement Process Control and Process Discipline systems into manufacturing operations.
- Analyze process data using statistical tools, including pareto, regression, and analysis of variance.
- Measure and communicate performance against established objectives.
- Review and interpret data to recommend immediate and long-term corrective actions.
- Document processes and train operators and peers on defined processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical, Materials, or Ceramic Engineering.
- 3-6 years of work experience in manufacturing process, engineering, or related fields.
- Strong problem-solving mentality.
- Effective presentation skills.
- Capability to lead small process development/improvement projects.
- Experience in innovation.
- Process excellence certification (Six Sigma Green Belt or higher).

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.46 - $57.69/hr.
