Company Driver (W-2) : Earn up to 56 CPM with competitive starting rates based on experience. Enjoy solid weekly miles (typically 2,700–3,300), flexible home time that rewards longer runs, and the freedom of running all 48 states with no forced NYC dispatches. Drive late-model Kenworths, Freightliners, and Internationals fully equipped with APUs, refrigerators, and inverters while cruising at a comfortable governed speed. We reward safety with generous clean inspection bonuses, Driver of the Month awards, plus breakdown, detention, and stop pay. Lease Purchase (1099) – Become an Owner Operator: Take the wheel of your own future with MTE Leasing. Run under our authority and earn 80% of gross with the real potential to make up to $300k annually. Newer trucks are rolling out now – secure yours and start building equity. Benefit from steady drop-and-hook freight, excellent Love’s fuel discounts, plus solid bonuses including safety inspections, $500 every 10,000 loaded miles, and a strong referral program.

Requirements

Must have 3 months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience pulling 48-53ft trailers (Class A)
Must have a valid CDL-A
Must have a valid DOT medical card
SAP Applicants must be completed with Step 5 of the RTD process
Must be able to pass a road test
Must be able to pass a DOT drug screen
