PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT

Talented Medical Solutions – Full‑time, Part‑time, or Contract Location: In‑Office, Baird, TX, United States Responsibilities Provide and document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes. Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing therapy sessions and modalities. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic health records. Monitor patient responses and report progress or adverse events promptly. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, home programs, and safety. Ensure compliance with clinical policies, safety standards, and privacy regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and discharge planning. Support performance targets by contributing to daily/weekly treatment pipelines. Participate in ongoing professional development and skill enhancement. Support patient safety initiatives and identify potential risk factors in the clinic environment. Assist with inventory management of therapy supplies and equipment. Demonstrate reliability by meeting scheduled shifts and maintaining a professional demeanor. Experience & Qualifications Licensed or eligible Physical Therapist Assistant with state approval. Document assessments, plans, and progress notes in electronic health records. Assist licensed therapists in delivering therapy sessions and modalities. Monitor patient responses; report progress and adverse events promptly. Ensure compliance with clinical policies, safety standards, and privacy regulations. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and home programs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for care coordination and discharge planning. Contribute to daily/weekly treatment pipelines to support performance targets. Maintain inventory of therapy supplies and equipment; assist with ordering.
