Essential Job Duties:

• Repair and maintain the HVAC system and equipment for the hospital
• Deliver general repair, painting, and maintenance of the hospital
• Maintain inventory of all supplies throughout the facility
• Deliver high-quality customer service to the patients, staff, and guests by identifying their needs and providing timely maintenance
• Track maintenance requests in worker order training system (Facility Dude)
• Carry out routine plumbing and electrical maintenance and repair
• Prepare facility for special functions, including setting up tables, chairs, equipment, etc.
• Respond timely to alarms and codes in accordance with safety and security policies and procedures
• On call on a rotating schedule

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent General maintenance and repair required (performing duties in a hospital setting is a plus) Sheet rock finishing and painting experience required Industry certifications are a plus Ability to work rotating on-call hours and holidays in a 24/7 hospital environment Strong organization and multitasking skills are required
