This is an onsite role requiring close collaboration with cross‑functional teams, Product Owners, stakeholders, and leadership to drive Agile delivery excellence. The ideal candidate will serve as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator, helping teams embrace Agile principles, improve delivery outcomes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will play a key role in removing impediments, driving collaboration, and ensuring transparency across multiple teams and initiatives. Your Role Work closely with multiple cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with Agile methodologies and best practices. Serve as a servant leader and coach, enabling teams to become self‑organized, accountable, and high‑performing. Daily Stand‑ups Sprint Planning Sprint Reviews Sprint Retrospectives Proactively identify risks, dependencies, impediments, and blockers, driving them to timely resolution. Ask insightful and challenging questions to uncover gaps, improve clarity, and support informed decision‑making. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Coach teams, leaders, and stakeholders on Agile principles, frameworks, and mindset. Ensure transparency through effective tracking, reporting, Agile metrics, and progress monitoring. Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog prioritization, refinement, and sprint readiness. Drive alignment across teams to improve delivery predictability and business outcomes. Support Agile transformation initiatives and help scale Agile practices across the organization. Your Skills and Experience Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Delivery Coach within Agile environments. Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies. Excellent facilitation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and influence without direct authority. Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution capabilities. Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and drive solutions. Experience managing team dependencies, risks, and delivery roadblocks. Experience with Agile project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms. Experience working in scaled Agile environments; knowledge of SAFe or similar frameworks is a plus. Experience supporting Agile transformations and organizational change initiatives. Experience coaching multiple Agile teams simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Professional Scrum Master (PSM) SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or related SAFe certifications The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$73,150 - $174,000 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
