Project Manager – Commercial Construction Experience: Manager Salary: $95,000 - $130,000 per year Location: Franklin, TN, US Key Responsibilities Manage commercial construction projects from kickoff through closeout, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved Oversee open-store remodels and tenant improvement projects within retail, grocery, restaurant, industrial, and entertainment environments Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and client stakeholders across multiple active job sites Maintain project schedules, documentation, RFIs, change orders, budgeting, and reporting Ensure projects remain compliant with safety standards, building codes, and client expectations Communicate effectively with executives, field personnel, customers, and national retail partners Support occasional night‑shift project activity depending on store schedules and remodel requirements Requirements 5+ years of Project Management experience working for a General Contractor Strong experience supporting national retail/commercial construction projects Experience managing open‑store remodels, big‑box retail, grocery, restaurant, or entertainment‑related projects highly preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Project Strong organizational, communication, and multi‑project management abilities Ability to travel to project sites as needed Valid driver’s license required A bit about us: Fast‑growing construction and project solutions company specializing in large‑scale commercial and industrial developments across complex, high‑demand environments.
