When you join our team, you'll build meaningful relationships and provide care that truly matters.ResponsibilitiesWith professionalism, kindness, and patience, you will support clients by providing:Companionship and emotional supportLight meal preparation and housekeepingAssistance with bathing, grooming, and toiletingMedication reminders and mobility assistanceTransportation to appointments, errands, or activitiesQualificationsCNA or HHA certification preferred OR 6 months full-time / 12 months part-time experience caring for seniors or individuals with chronic conditionsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsReliable transportation; valid driver's license and auto insurance required if transporting clientsProof of current TB testAbility to safely perform the physical duties of the roleDependable, punctual, and compassionate demeanorAbility to pass a national criminal background check and all state-required screeningsPreferred: 1,000 hours of long-term care experience (Not required for newly licensed CNAs or PCAs)BenefitsEqual Opportunity Employer (EOE)Liability insurance and workers' compensation coverageFlexible scheduling that supports work–life balanceCOVID-19 PolicyCOVID-19 vaccination is not required; however, some clients may request vaccinated caregivers.
