Senior Manager

Senior Manager – Construction Consulting Location: Alexandria, VA. This role works as part of a team which consults on large complex construction disputes. Responsibilities Grow the Construction Disputes business by developing, expanding, and managing client relationships domestically and internationally. Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities and promote Exponent’s diverse service offerings in collaboration with other consultants in the Construction Consulting Practice and across the firm. Participate in the Company’s Business Development initiatives. Active participation in Industry and Trade Associations. Oversee project management. Execute projects and deliver final work product to clients. Recruit, develop, and mentor staff in the Construction Consulting Practice. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. 15+ years of experience in project/construction management or construction consulting, with project site experience and technical knowledge desired. Experience in construction claims, litigation services, and construction consulting services desired. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range is dependent on experience and capabilities, assessed during the interview process. Total compensation includes base salary, annual bonus, and a 401(k) employer contribution of 7% of base salary. Benefits include health and wellness programs and competitive compensation packages.
