Collection and Foreclosure Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Collections and Foreclosure Associate to oversee all aspects of collection and foreclosure matters from inception through conclusion. The role includes developing litigation strategy, drafting and reviewing pleadings, appearing in court, communicating with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver efficient, compliant, client‑focused legal solutions in accordance with state and federal regulations. Responsibilities Oversee collections and foreclosure cases from initiation through conclusion. Develop and execute litigation strategy for each case. Draft and review pleadings and other legal documents. Represent in court proceedings and client meetings. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and compliant service. Maintain client communication and provide updates. Qualifications 2‑4 years of collections, foreclosure and/or litigation experience. New Jersey Bar membership. Demonstrated knowledge of FDCPA. Client‑focused mindset with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
