Benefits Specialist
$28 - $30 per hourLHH
LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization in Jacksonville, Florida to find a Benefits Specialist . This individual will have experience educating employees and supporting benefits operations.
- Location: Jacksonville, FL
- Schedule: Onsite, Monday - Friday
- Pay Rate: $28 - $30/hour
Responsibilities:
- Communicates with field, vendors, and employees to resolve benefit issues concerning eligibility, enrollment, and termination of benefits.
- Supports open enrollment, new hire onboarding, life event changes, and terminations.
- Supports all facets of annual enrollment, including benefits administration tool readiness, communication and training.
- Responds to 401(k) inquiries from employees relating to enrollments, plan changes and contribution amounts.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of benefits administration and human resources experience required
- Understanding of FMLA, ADA, ACA multi - state leave laws, and benefits plans
