Job Overview Baptist Health Medical Group (BHMG), part of Baptist Health South Florida (BHSF), is seeking primary care physicians for its Homestead ambulatory clinic in Miami. This is a full‑time position (Job ID FY26-MIA-PRI-02-00T) focused on adult patients and located in Baptist Health Homestead Hospital, a Magnet‑Recognized hospital serving southern Miami‑Dade County. Responsibilities Manage preventive and proactive patient care, chronic disease, and coordination of multidisciplinary care while delivering an exceptional patient experience. Qualifications MD/DO from an accredited institution and an active, unrestrictive medical license (or eligibility for licensure by start date). Completion of all required due diligence and credentialing tasks. Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM). Residency training in an ACGME‑accredited Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Med‑Peds, or Preventive Medicine program is welcomed. Demonstrated focus on quality, patient‑centered care, professional demeanor, and collaboration in a multidisciplinary team environment.
