Pay: $65.00 per hour + $2,500.00 Sign-On Bonus

What We're Looking For (Qualifications)

• Licensure: Current Oregon Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in good standing.
• Certifications: Active BLS/CPR certification (we fully cover your annual recertification fees!).
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with modern practice management software and digital charting tools (experience with Open Dental, Dentrix, or Eaglesoft alongside digital radiography is a major plus).
• Clinical Excellence: Strong technical knowledge of dental hygiene instrumentation, standard-of-care periodontal tracking, scaling and root planing ( SRP ), and a gentle touch.
• Communication: Warm, family-oriented interpersonal skills that help patients feel safe, heard, and thoroughly educated on their oral health.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• Comprehensive Periodontal Care: Deliver exceptional dental hygiene therapies, meticulous digital charting, scaling and root planing ( SRP ), and soft-tissue maintenance.
• Patient Education: Take the time to guide and educate patients on custom home-care routines, preventative health, and systemic links.
• Collaborative Diagnosis: Partner directly with Dr. Gregson and Dr. Indhya to review digital records and build conservative, personalized treatment plans.
• Pristine Standards: Maintain an efficient, comforting room turnover flow while following absolute sterilization and infection control protocols.
