Direct Counsel has partnered with a premier California law firm to hire an Eminent Domain Litigation Associate . We are seeking a bright, ambitious attorney with 3–7 years of experience and a demonstrated interest or focus in real estate and eminent domain litigation .

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical, creative thinking, and research skills.

• Superior legal writing capabilities and a strong work ethic.

• Experience in eminent domain, real estate, or public entity land acquisition litigation .

• Substantive experience with law and motion practice, including dispositive motions .

• Proven ability to build cases for trial , including developing evidence, interviewing witnesses, and taking or defending depositions.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Work Environment & Compensation:

• Hybrid work schedule with continued work-from-home opportunities and core in-office days for collaboration.

• Salary range: $165,000–$235,000 (based on experience, qualifications, skill set, and office location).
