Onboarding Manager

Owning the onboarding lifecycle for multifamily real estate partners, the full-time remote Onboarding Manager will manage post-sales handoffs, account configurations, software integrations, and staff training to ensure successful implementation and early adoption of new property portfolios. Key responsibilities Lead onboarding for newly contracted properties, coordinating technical setup, data migration, and training for various stakeholders Serve as the primary contact during the onboarding process, resolving implementation issues and driving client satisfaction metrics Develop and refine onboarding processes, creating SOPs and training materials to enhance operational efficiency and scalability Required qualifications 3-5 years in client onboarding or implementation at a B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services company Experience leading enterprise or multi-location rollouts, including the creation of playbooks and SOPs Proficiency in coordinating software integrations or data migrations with clients and technical teams Strong organizational skills to manage multiple rollouts simultaneously while maintaining quality Hands-on experience with CRM and project management tools, such as Salesforce
