We are looking to hire a skilled Lawncare & Landscape Supervisor to join our team.

This position is for someone with real experience leading lawncare and landscape crews. You will be responsible for instructing crews on what needs to be done each day, checking job sites to make sure work is being completed properly, handling estimates, and communicating with customers in a professional manner.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and directing crews each day
• Performing estimates for lawncare and landscape work
• Handling customer relations and communication
• Checking job sites to ensure quality work is being completed
• Making sure crews stay productive, organized, and on schedule
• Representing the company in a professional way

Requirements:

• Must have experience in a lawncare or landscape supervisor position
• Must be dependable and able to lead a team
• Must be at our shop by 5:45 AM each morning
• Must have strong communication skills
• Must be able to manage crews and job sites without being micromanaged
• Must take pride in quality work and customer service

This position comes with a company truck and company phone .

We are looking for someone who is experienced, responsible, and ready to help lead our crews the right way.
