Salesforce – Account Executive (Data & AI) Salesforce is a leading AI‑driven CRM company focused on delivering innovative data‑and‑AI solutions through its flagship platform, Agentforce. We are seeking experienced sales professionals to join the Data 360 and Agentforce specialist selling team. Responsibilities Identify and position Agentforce and Data360 opportunities by leveraging deep sales knowledge and AI modeling expertise. Collaborate closely with the Salesforce Sales team to drive growth at existing and new customers. Articulate the value of the Salesforce Product stack—particularly Agentforce, Data360, and the Platform—to customers who are looking to transform their engagement strategies. Conduct comprehensive technical discovery to analyze sophisticated business problems and demonstrate how Data360 and Agentforce capabilities deliver scalable impact. Source and qualify opportunities that align with our ideal customer profile. Lead discovery conversations, uncovering critical business needs and positioning Data360 and Agentforce as solutions. Present compelling Points of View (POVs) that highlight tangible business value across technical and business stakeholders. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure a seamless client experience and represent the "One Salesforce" brand throughout the sales cycle. Align solutions with customers’ long‑term strategic objectives and showcase how they resonate with buyers. Qualifications 10+ years of enterprise and commercial B2B sales experience in highly technical environments. Deep understanding of Data, AI, machine learning concepts, and the Agent platform, including configuration, automation, API integration, and flow orchestration. Experience selling Data & AI‑driven customer engagement solutions on the Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds, Data Cloud). Proficiency in conducting technical, in‑depth discovery and mapping client needs to Salesforce’s platform and Agentforce capabilities. Strong technical selling skills with the ability to explain AI models and solutions to non‑technical audiences. A proven track record of consistently surpassing sales targets in a technical sales environment. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in technology sales. Technical skill set: Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds), technical sales, negotiation techniques, cloud data warehouse, cloud infrastructure, predictive and prescriptive modeling, Business Intelligence (Tableau), Salesforce Data Cloud. Benefits & Compensation The typical base salary range for this position is $99,500 – $214,400 annually, with variations based on location. In California, New York, and selected major U.S. cities, the range is $109,500 – $235,850 per year. Compensation includes base salary plus potential bonuses, equity, and benefits. Benefit offerings include time‑off programs, medical, dental, vision, mental health support, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, 401(k), and an employee stock purchase program.
