Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Addiction Medicine. At least 3 years of experience in addiction medicine OR completion of a relevant fellowship. Passion for community health and experience working with underserved populations preferred. Bilingual in Spanish or a willingness to learn is a plus. Experience with EPIC EHR is helpful, but not required. Job Overview: Addiction Medicine Leadership (50%) Serve as the medical lead for our integrated SUD treatment team (PCPs, psychiatry, behavioral health, and case management). Develop and implement standardized, evidence-based policies, training programs, and clinical support tools. Provide mentorship and real-time consultation to MCC providers managing SUD cases. Monitor quality metrics and contribute to risk management and safety practices. Represent MCC in external collaborations at the local, county, and state levels. Primary Care (50%) Provide compassionate, high-quality primary care to a panel of diverse patients. Prescribe, refer, and coordinate care across specialties using an interdisciplinary team model.
