UX/UI Designer / Hybrid in Chicago Suburbs

A growing healthcare technology organization is seeking a full-time UX/UI Designer to help shape the future of its web and mobile applications. This opportunity is based in the United States and focuses on designing intuitive digital experiences used by logistics professionals in the healthcare industry. The role combines user experience strategy, interaction design, mobile design, and Figma-based prototyping to improve mission-critical operational workflows. This is an opportunity to influence products from concept through launch while working directly with product leadership and engineering teams. The organization is looking for a designer who enjoys solving complex workflow challenges, simplifying user journeys, and creating products that help people perform their jobs more efficiently. Candidates will gain exposure to large-scale product initiatives, executive stakeholders, and meaningful real-world user impact.
