We are seeking a Health Safety and Security Coordinator. Health Safety and Security Coordinator Remote Opportunity, USA Description of Responsibilities ISOS-Administrative: Update the platform when employee travel plans change. Available to support travel tracking when the Security Advisor is unavailable Salus-Administrative: Update new employee and site additions/requirements Safety Pre-Qualification Platform-Administrative: Verify client connections to reduce potentially unneeded cost Maintain compliance requirements to ensure good standing Resource Library: As HSS documents are developed, verify that the most updated or current document is published while archiving outdated documents The HSS Homepage can be continually audited to ensure effectiveness, accuracy, and functionality Supports Claude initiatives Additional project support Essential Requirements Education & Experience: Experience in coordination/administration roles in related operational environments (consulting, field operations, or similar) Experience working with multiple stakeholders and departments on shared systems and processes Technical Skills: Comfortable working with web - based systems (dashboards/portals, trackers, online platforms) Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or online training content is an asset Proficient with standard office software (spreadsheets, documents, presentations) for data tracking and reporting Core Competencies: Strong organizational and administrative skills; able to manage multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly for compliance- related records and documentation Process - oriented mindset with ability to suggest and implement practical improvements ("fresh eyes" on workflows) Effective written and verbal communication skills; comfortable coordinating across offices and time zones Reliable, responsive, and able to support time - sensitive updates (e.g., travel changes) Hourly rate: $30.53-$38.46 per hour USD.
