We're looking for a Change Management Analyst to support a large-scale business transformation program. In this role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to assess change impacts, analyze stakeholder data, track change readiness, and help drive successful deployments across the organization.

We're looking for a Change Management Analyst to support a large-scale business transformation program. In this role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams to assess change impacts, analyze stakeholder data, track change readiness, and help drive successful deployments across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support organizational change management activities for enterprise deployments
- Analyze change impacts, stakeholder data, and business readiness
- Track change mitigation actions and business enablement activities
- Assist with communication planning and change readiness assessments
- Build reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making
- Collaborate with project teams, Change Leads, and business stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of professional experience (1+ year supporting change management initiatives)
- Experience with change management methodologies and organizational readiness
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools
- ERP implementation experience preferred
