Digital Factory Transformation Lead

Digital Program Lead – Manufacturing Transformation Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent Direct Hire HireKraft is conducting a search for a Digital Program Lead – Manufacturing Transformation to support a large-scale digital factory transformation initiative focused on manufacturing modernization and factory ramp-up operations. This role is ideal for candidates with experience leading enterprise transformation programs across manufacturing operations, business functions, and digital platforms within Industry 4.0 environments. Important:
- This is a permanent full-time direct hire position (not contract)
- Candidates must currently live in or be willing to relocate to the Detroit Metro, Atlanta, or Reston area
- Large-scale manufacturing transformation initiative
- Exposure to digital factory and Industry 4.0 environments

- 6+ years of transformation or program management experience
- Experience within manufacturing or industrial environments
- Experience leading enterprise transformation programs
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives
- A brief summary of your manufacturing transformation and program leadership experience
- Your preferred location (Detroit Metro, Atlanta, or Reston)
