Position: Production Supervisor

Location: Site C - Mustang Ridge, TX

Salary: $23 - $25/hr

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and manage quality assurance and containment activities at our Mustang Ridge, TX facility, ensuring products and processes meet established standards and client expectations. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, experience in rework or containment, and a hands-on approach to project coordination. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of continuous improvement and uphold compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

This role may require travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily quality assurance and containment operations and team members
• Support mechanical rework operations and ensure adherence to specifications
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Analyze quality data and prepare detailed reports for management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, supervisors, and inspectors to resolve quality issues promptly and maintain workflow
• Lead audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively
• Ensure project documentation, reports, and quality records are accurate and timely
• Assist with site launch activities, including setup, training, and process validation
• Train, mentor, and develop quality assurance staff to achieve departmental goals
• Provide direction and support to small teams to achieve project goals
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to maintain strong relationships
• Maintain flexibility to meet production demands, including overtime and weekend work as needed

Requirements

Work Experience:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or quality/containment supervisory roles
• Mechanical or rework experience required
• Perform detailed dimensional inspections using precision tools such as calipers, pin gauges, micrometers, and height gauges
• Must be flexible to work varying hours, including overtime and weekends as needed

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related technical field preferred, or equivalent 5–7 years of experience

Certifications

• Certifications such as Six Sigma, ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, or equivalent are a plus

Shift

• Full-time positions available

• 12-hour shift: 6pm–6am
• Overtime may be required based on production needs
• Start Date: Immediate openings
