Includes send acknowledgement and final response emails to requester; Conduct cursory review to determine if additional internal reviews or external referrals are needed; Perform edits to remove sensitive information not appropriate for public dissemination, including recommended wording when possible; Prepares all correspondence for Government signature./ppResponsibilities:/pulliConduct thorough document reviews, apply precise redactions using electronic and manual methods, process, and coordination responses for Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Privacy Act (PA), Prepublication Reviews to ensure sensitive information is properly protected./liliAble to perform thorough assurance/quality control (QA/QC) reviews to ensure consistency and accuracy, and to prepare/maintain all case or project administrative files and other documentation, to include all correspondence and tasks./liliAdminister both mandatory and discretionary information review programs in accordance with federal laws, regulations, and client-specific policies./liliAdvanced knowledge of classification and declassification methodologies by having the ability to properly identify equities, treat with the appropriate redaction codes, and make recommendations for additional referrals or consultations when necessary./liliConsistent record of delivery precise, high-quality work within strict deadlines, and willing to perform ad hoc duties as needed./liliStrong critical thinking, research, and problem solving/analytical skills, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task; adaptation to changes and flexibility is a must./liliAble to perform multilevel document reviews./li/ulpQualifications:/ppRequired:/pulliBachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience./liliDemonstrated competency in performing complex administrative and analytic tasks./liliDemonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, high attention to detail and strong analytical skills./liliProficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, and specialized review platforms)./li/ulpDesired:/pulliComprehensive knowledge of information governance frameworks including FOIA, PA, Prepublication Review, Executive Order Mandatory Declassification Review (EOMDR), and Executive Order (EO) 13526./liliExperience with classified information handling and reviewing procedures./liliKnowledge of intelligence community structures and information sharing protocols./liliSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives./liliReceptive to constructive feedback from team leads with a commitment to continuous improvement./liliDemonstrates knowledge of federal information governance regulations./li/ulpWhat You Can Expect:/ppA culture of integrity./ppAt CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
