Responsibilities: Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored life insurance solutions. Build and nurture long-term relationships with policyholders, ensuring they feel valued and supported. Conduct in-depth needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products and services. Collaborate with team members to develop innovative strategies for client acquisition and retention. Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to offer the best advice to clients. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge. Utilize both virtual and in-person meetings to effectively communicate and connect with clients in Fargo, ND-MN and beyond. The expectation is that the SIE is taken and passed within 30 days. Qualifications: Experience in sales or customer service, with a focus on building strong client relationships. Ability to understand and analyze clients' financial goals to offer tailored life insurance solutions. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients in person and virtually. Familiarity with the insurance industry and a commitment to staying informed about product updates and trends. Ability to work collaboratively with team members to develop innovative client acquisition strategies. Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for client management and communication, enhancing efficiency and reach. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Compensation: $90,000 - $125,000

Compensation:
$90,000-$125,000 per year
