Part-Time Fractional Controller | Construction Finance | Remote

Starting at 15+ hours/week|Part-time to start, with a real path to full-time Orchestra is a fractional CFO and back-office advisory firm built specifically for the construction industry. We work with general contractors, subcontractors, and specialty trades across the NY metro area — and we're growing. We're looking for a Fractional Controller to join our team. This starts part-time (10+ hours/week) but we're building something, and the right person will grow with us. What You’ll Do Financial reporting, WIP schedules, and job cost oversight AIA billing support and cash flow management Direct client interaction — you're the face of the engagement Collaborate with our CFO team on advisory deliverables What We’re Looking For 5–10+ years of experience as a Senior Accountant, Assistant Controller, or Controller Open to fractional/part-time work and building a flexible practice Able to travel to NYC client sites as needed Proficiency in QBO, Sage, Acumatica, or similar platforms Construction industry experience is a strong plus — AIA billing, WIP, job costing Ambition to grow into a fractional CFO role over time Why Orchestra We're not a traditional firm.
