Expeditious, yet thorough approach to vehicle repair.Liaison between Service Manager, Shop Foreman, Service Advisors, Parts personnel and Warranty Administration when necessary.Attend and successfully complete BMW factory training as required by factory or BMW of Ridgefield. Keep abreast of BMW technical bulletins.Job Requirements:BMW experience preferred. Level 1 or 2 a plus.Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information, technically knowledgeable, Knowledge of BMW product line.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Must work well with others, team oriented and comfortable working in a very busy service shop.CDK (ADP) and MPI experience helpful.High School or equivalent.Technical certification, ASE certification and BMW Step Program preferred.
