Retail Sales Education Specialist
Location: Los Angeles, California
Shift/Schedule: Full-time, field-based, includes some weekends
Pay/Compensation: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour

A global beauty and personal care brand is hiring a Retail Sales Education Specialist for the Los Angeles market. You will visit retail partners, train store teams on products and help drive sell-through. This field role suits someone who loves skincare and enjoys teaching and selling.

Assignment Details

• Contract assignment, 6 months with possible extension
• Work setting: field-based
• Openings: 1
• Anticipated start: within the next two to three weeks

Core Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail stores on a planned weekly route
• Train store associates on product benefits, ingredients and routines
• Host in-store events and consult directly with shoppers
• Check displays, testers and stock levels during each visit
• Report sales, feedback and competitor activity to the brand team
• Build strong working relationships with store managers

Required Qualifications

• 1 or more years of beauty, skincare or cosmetics retail experience
• Confident presenting and training small groups
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation for store visits
• Availability for some weekend and event shifts
• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Esthetician license or formal skincare training
• Experience with K-beauty or prestige skincare brands
• Bilingual English and Korean or Spanish
• Prior field sales or brand ambassador experience
• Comfort presenting to groups of store associates
• Active social media presence focused on beauty
