Medical Laboratory Scientist / Medical Lab Technician

UPMC is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist / Medical Lab Technician to perform accurate, timely diagnostic testing that supports high-quality patient care. In this role, you will perform complex clinical laboratory analyses across hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and transfusion services, operate and maintain analyzers, and ensure precise specimen processing. You will follow CLIA and CAP regulations, uphold rigorous quality control and safety standards, and document and communicate results to care teams.
