Team OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Covington, KY by HMD Trucking

Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split
- Home time: 3 weeks out, 3 nights at home

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150

Drive recent-model tractors under three years old, equipped with APUs, inverters and sleeper cabins, backed by in-house maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely convey dry van freight nationwide
- Coordinate runs and logs with co-driver for efficiency
- Maintain high safety and inspection standards
Drivers receive home time every two weeks, weekly pay at 77 CPM split, and earn safety and referral bonuses. Benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO and 401(k). Must hold a CDL A and have one year of experience.
