RiskOne HR Consulting se encuentra en búsqueda de un JR Human Resources Business Partner responsable de ser enlace entre la gerencia y equipo de trabajo. Área San Juan.
- Tres a cinco años de experiencia en departamento de recursos humanos en áreas de relaciones laborales.
- Bachillerato en Administración de Empresas en Recursos Humanos
- Conocimiento en leyes laborales estales y federales
- Enlace entre la gerencia y equipo de trabajo para el manejo de diversas situaciones.
- Maneja el reclutamiento y contratación de gerenciales y maneja las promociones.
- Análisis de riesgos laborales
- Asiste en manejo de políticas y protocolos según la ley.
- Realiza la coordinación de talleres de lideres de la empresa
- Excelentes destrezas de comunicación verbal y escrita
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
