Key responsibilities: Participate in immersive training sessions to build foundational knowledge in reverse mortgage products and sales techniques Engage in real-world customer interactions to apply learned skills and receive personalized coaching from experienced sales leaders Develop into a knowledgeable mortgage professional capable of advising retirees on financial decisions related to reverse mortgages Required qualifications: Experience in traditional mortgage loan origination preferred Proven track record of success in sales Willingness to obtain NMLS license with support provided Desire to serve retirees and assist them in strengthening their retirement income Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and engage in meaningful conversations with clients Virtual Vocations Inc
