Specialist, Client Processing, Wealth Services Location: Berwyn, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities Process a high volume of client transactions and account‑related requests in accordance with established procedures; monitor queues and meet service level expectations. Review work for completeness, accuracy and compliance with internal controls, policies and regulatory requirements; maintain accurate records and documentation. Investigate and resolve processing exceptions and discrepancies; coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders; identify risks, escalations and support remediation. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve quality and turnaround time; support adoption of AI‑enabled tools and automation; use data and reporting to drive operational improvements; support audit, compliance and control activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred. 0–5 years experience in financial services operations and client processing, preferably within wealth services; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook) and ability to learn internal systems and digital tools quickly. Strong attention to detail with organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities; effective written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment. Client‑focused mindset with sound judgment and risk awareness; ability to work independently and collaboratively; curiosity and continuous improvement mindset, with comfort using AI‑enabled tools and automation.
